DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

Darkitectura is dedicated to respecting intellectual property rights. We expect our readers, contributors, and partners to uphold the same standards when engaging with our content on interior design, architecture, and home decor. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement, in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe content published on Darkitectura.com infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to us. We will act on valid notices promptly. To ensure your notice is processed efficiently, please include all the required information detailed below.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Provide sufficient detail, such as the title and registration number, if applicable.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide enough information for us to locate this material on Darkitectura.com (e.g., a specific URL link to the article, image, or guide).
  • Your contact information: your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent at [email protected].

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed from Darkitectura.com following a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the original claim. We will review all properly submitted counter-notifications.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Darkitectura may be found). You also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please send your complete counter-notification to our Designated Agent at [email protected].

Repeat Infringer Policy

Darkitectura takes copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a policy of terminating user accounts, including those of contributors sharing insights on designing music salons or luxury homes, who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material. This applies to any users who repeatedly post or transmit infringing content, regardless of its subject matter.
